Aalborg’s authentic Italian dining house is led by the well known Roman chef Carlo Liberati.

Back as a young boy in the 1990s he had great success with his “no nonsense” – Mama kitchen at “Il Mulino”. He continues to refine the style in the respectfully renovated beautiful old grocery store, from where Carlo operates both restaurant, cafe and “Botega”.
Locanda won the Authentic Italian Restaurant of the Year award in The Danish Dining Guide 2017.
