The Ebdrup couple’s vision was to establish and run the seaside hotel completely in the original 1920s-30th style, and the result is outstanding.

In the relaxed restaurant, chef Thomas Guldhammer, former chief of restaurant at Hotel D’Angleterre, creates great gastronomy with his team. The nearby North Sea obviously plays a big role on the menu, as well as locally reared meat and organic vegetables from local farmers are in focus.
